Is there a weight limit?

Yes. For safety and to meet CAA rules there is a weight limit of 100kg/ 220Ibs for every tandem passenger.

How long does my experience take?

We suggest allowing 1.5-3 hours, however sometimes it can take longer. This can depend on our busy summer season, large groups and the weather. If you are on a schedule please let us know and we can advise you.

Is there an age limit?

Parental or guardian consent is required for anyone under 16. Children under 12 will be evaluated on an individual case basis. We encourage people of all ages!

What should I wear?

Comfortable clothing for the season and shoes that won’t fall off. We provide the rest, jumpsuits, hats, goggles etc.

Weather, can this affect my skydive?

We will make a weather call an hour before your skydive and will notify you of any delays or cancellations. Delays can happen due to wind at altitude, wind on the ground, or heavy cloud or rain.

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your booking time.

What happens if there is a COVID-19 lockdown?

If there is a lockdown, we will put your booking on hold. It will be held in credit for 12 months, and can be rebooked for a later date.

Do I need a Vaccine pass to jump?

No, you now no longer required a Vaccine Pass as per the government rules at Red and Orange traffic light system.

Terms and conditions Cancellations and Refunds Policy:

All bookings made over the phone or online are deemed to be final. In the event of cancellation on your behalf the following conditions apply:

48 hours or more of notice no charge will be made to your booking fee.

Less than 48 hours notice you will be charged 100% of your booking fee, useless GoSkydive New Zealand deems otherwise.

Failure to show up on the day you will be charged 100% of your booking fee.

In the event of your skydive being cancelled due to weather or anything outside of our control you will receive a full refund (excludes COVID-19 see below).

COVID-19 Cancelations, If your skydive is cancelled due to a COVID-19 lockdown, your booking will be put on hold and will be held in credit for 12months from the date of booking.

Vouchers:

GoSkydive New Zealand gift vouchers are valid for 12 Months from the date of purchase.

All vouchers are non-refundable but are transferrable.

Pricing:

All prices on the GoSkydive New Zealand website are quoted in New Zealand dollars and include GST (Goods and service tax) of 15%. If required GST receipts are available upon request. GoSkydive New Zealand takes NO responsibility for charges incurred due to currency conversion, these charges are at the sole discretion of your card provider. If you have any concerns you should contact the issuer of your card. Prices are subject to change without notice however in the event of this happening after a confirmed booking was made, we will honour the price at the time that the booking was confirmed. By giving us your Credit Card details you agree for us to take full payment from your credit card.

Payment Options:

GoSkydive New Zealand accepts Visa, Visa Debit and MasterCard (required for online and telephone bookings). We also accept cash (NZD) and have EFTPOS facilities onsite which also accepts Union Pay. LAYBUY, AFTERPAY, GENOAPAY, and HUMM are also available on site or over the phone for any add-ons.

Information Privacy:

GoSkydive New Zealand collects information from off you regarding your name, phone and email address. We only collect this information to confirm online or telephone bookings.
